Cornplanter was called to assist with a 2 vehicle accident for a heavy rescue.  Initial reports were of 2 vehicle head on with entrapment and multiple ejection.  Oakland units arriving on scene reported 4 patients ejected and 1 patient entrapped.  Tragically 1 patient had died at the scene.  4 helicopters were rrequested at the scene.  A mass casualty level 1 was established at the scene due to at least 8 patients being involved.
